Real swipes, clean guide

Swipe left/right/up/down and crossfade use FFmpeg's xfade filter between the outgoing AUTO item and the incoming one. The transition is a hidden presentation event, while the incoming programme starts at the same clock time and continues from the correct offset afterwards. Branded sting clips are still available when you want a full-frame ident between shows.
